***Top 2.5% Globally Ranked Podcast***

Do you long for time to spend with Jesus? Have you found yourself needing a hug from your husband, so you feel wanted? Do you feel guilty wishing there was more to your life than wiping noses and doing dishes? Are you drowning in the responsibilities of just being Mom? Do you wonder why your pre-mom routines are no longer working?

I am so excited that you are here! This podcast will help find peace with the time you do have, start rebuilding routines you need to stay sane, invite you to see yourself how God sees you, and find joy in motherhood.
Hi, I’m Cheryl! Wife, SAHM of two girls, Mom Mentor and Jesus follower. For years, I struggled to fit myself into the same routines, spiritual habits and identity I had as a newly married woman.
I was frustrated, discouraged and depressed when all I felt at the end of the day was worthless because I couldn’t accomplish all the things I used to be able to do.
I finally realized in trying to meet everyone’s needs except my own, I had forgotten who I was and, if I was going to have any joy in motherhood, I had to discover who I had become.
I had to rediscover my identity, prioritize my mental, spiritual, and even physical health so I could be the mom my girls needed.
If you’re ready to ditch the mom guilt for peace, find Jesus in the middle of the dishes, and love yourself like your babies do, this podcast is for you.
Grab your ear pods and start folding laundry, this is Time for Mom.

Does your mom bod get you down?
Do you look at yourself in the mirror and think, "How does my husband find this attractive?"
Do you wish you had the body confidence of a two-year-old?
If so, you’re in the right place!
Hi Beautiful, I’m Cheryl — wife, girl mom, aspiring SAHM, and Jesus follower. In this episode, I’m sharing body image battles and what I've learned so you can start seeing what your husband and you children see.
Healthy does not equal skinny.
What you take in through your eyes, influences how you see yourself.
Your husband didn't marry you because he thought you were ugly.
Your kids love you and they love your body.
Your value as a woman comes God, not your scale.
